There are plenty of things in the world to get you down without YOU being one of them. Instead of picking on your “problem areas,” think about how you’re going to make your body better. Stop focusing on how you hate your arms or how gross you think your butt looks. Instead, make it a goal to improve that butt! Learning to be your own coach is what is going to propel you toward ultimate success.

Hey darling! Sorry it's taken such a long time for me to reply. Obviously you and i both know that 600 calories a day is not healthy so please don't try to tell yourself it is but at the same time, neither is 3,000 calories. I had the same problem as you did, i'd eat when i wasn't hungry and i'd binged even after having a full meal. I didn't understand when to stop and i could easily go through packets of biscuits like anything. I felt bloated and guilty all the time and i knew that my night would end the same as the day before - with a binge. I didn't gain much, luckily, only a few kilos but that kicked my ass back into action. I'm glad you're serious about trying to get back to where you used to be because what you're doing at the moment is only harming your body. It does take time to get out of the habbit, it took me quite a long time but one thing which really helped me is going on holiday with my friends family (i'm currently still on holiday at the moment). From this i mean i eat when they eat and i never snack, this means i'm eating smaller portions and i've actually learnt what the feeling of full is like. I can actually stop half way through a meal and leave it because i don't want to force myself to eat it. I really hope that when im back home i can keep this becuase i feel it in my body and mind that im much healthier without the constant binging. Tumblr, like you said, is a real great magnet for motivation which can help you tonnes so stick with that. It is hard to get out of the habit but try joining a gym, talking to a friend, going to clubs or starting a new sport to kick start your new motivation. You don't neccessarily need to lose weight, just your mentality of healthiness.
saying you lost 5kg within that short amount of time was very shocking but it was only because you went from such a high intake so such a seriously low one, from now on try to stick to an intake ranging from 1,400-1,700. Don't worry if you go over it one day, it's not the end of the world, but trying to stick to these barriers should help you to get a healthier intake.
I hope this helps, if i havn't answered anything then don't hesitate to ask again (i have a bad memory of what you asked!)

Thank you sooo much! It’s okay I understand you must have a lot of questions and you still take time to answer each one of them! So thank you for that. I will try to stick to that intake and workout more. Thanks again <3
